Education is the foundation of our future—and every kid in District 10 deserves the best shot at it.
Parents should decide whats best for their children – not the bureaucrats!

I went through Anderson District 1 schools myself, from elementary all the way through Wren High. We’ve got strong spots: six schools earned “Excellent” on the latest report cards, high graduation rates around ninety-five percent, and kids testing above state averages. But not every family gets that win—some kids struggle with crowded classrooms, mismatched learning styles, or just need more options.
That’s why I’m all-in on school choice. Parents should decide what’s best—not bureaucrats. South Carolina’s Education Scholarship Trust Fund is already helping: thousands of families get up to seven-thousand-six-hundred-thirty-four dollars this year for private tuition, tutoring, or homeschool supplies. It’s working—applications hit capacity fast—but we need to expand it. I’ll fight in Columbia to grow the program, remove caps, and make sure low-income kids in Powdersville and Piedmont aren’t left out.
We’ll keep our public schools strong too: more funding for teachers, smaller classes, vocational training at places like Wren, and real accountability—no excuses for failing kids. But choice means freedom: charter schools, magnets, virtual learning, or private—whatever fits.
Because when parents lead, kids succeed. I’ll stand for excellence in every classroom and choice for every family. Pro-education. Pro-choice. Pro-District 10 kids.
